We despatch the goods via Royal Mail or a courier service so you don't need to visit the post office. We look for sustainable product ranges which you can keep selling week in and week out. We also buy clearance lines to give you the Maximum profit lines possible. How does it work? Depending on your needs and business decisions you have 2 choices, you can either pre-purchase items, list the auction and when it has completed instruct us to ship the goods or you can list the auction and purchase and ship once the item has sold. With the latter option you run the risk that the item may go out of stock by the time you come to buy it. If this is the case we will ship the item as soon as it comes back into stock and you will be able to check the order status online from your very own dropshipping admin screens. If you can you are advised to pre-buy items to ensure stock availability at auction close. Q. What if I pre-buy and the auction does not sell? In this case you can cancel the order and have a credit to purchase an alternative item. We hold the stock

Frequently asked questions We pack for you. Q. Is there a minimum order? No minimum orders. You can buy 1 item and ship 1 item Q. Do I have to ship a certain level of orders each week to qualify? No. You can ship as little or as much as you like as suits your business needs Q. Do you have html templates for your products? Yes. You can download a template for every product. We are constantly working on producing better sales templates for all products. These templates take away the need to spend hours putting your auction listing together. Q. Is there a registration fee? Yes. We charge £19.99 to register and use the service. This is for 2 reasons. Firstly it ensures that the casual auction buyer does not just sign up for free and buy at trade prices so this protects your trade sales. Secondly it removes the time wasters who are not serious about setting up a business. Q. Do I have to sell at your RRP? No. You are free to set the prices as you wish. Q. How do you handle returns? All despatched sales are final. We only replace faulty items reported to us within 7 days of despatch. You can always resell your own returns in the usual way. Q. Will the shipped order reveal your details? No. The end customer will not know that we despatched the goods. When you sign up you can enter your contact telephone number, email address and web site if you wish to. if you include these details they will be printed on the packing insert. If ommitted then no details will be included. Q. Will you contact my customer with future offers? Absolutely not. Your customer is yours alone and we will never use his or her details for anything other than to ship the goods. Q. What do you charge for shipping? All products have a separate shipping charge based on the weight of the item and the packaging required. Each dropship order also gets charged £1+VAT to cover the cost of picking, packing and shipping the order. The maximum charge is £7.50+VAT which covers the cost of next day courier by Parcelforce. You should always pass the actual shipping costs on to your buyer. Q. What if somebody buys multiple auctions from me? You place 1 order and get only 1 dropship fee. If you have pre-bought your auction items you can consolidate orders into 1 order and reduce the dropshipping fees for a credit. Q. Do you also sell on eBay? Pilkington Warner Ltd does not compete with you on eBay. This leaves you with a level playing field. Some of our employees use our dropshipping service but they do not get any discounts whatsoever above and beyond what you get. We only sell dropshipping services and web hosting on eBay.
